Led the track bid team on behalf of the ELink consortium. We carried out permanent way design and constructability reviews and provided input into the commercial bid. The Elink consortium was one of the top two bidders and narrowly missed out on securing the work.

Edinburgh Waverley Station Remodelling

Directly responsible for the methodology development, planning and execution of the extensive new S & C / Plain Line installation within the project to a tight programme and possession regime. Also responsible for the track / platform clearances and design clash resolution whilst guiding the main civils works to railway oriented construction methods and completion criteria (project value £25m).

Bleach Green to Whitehead Track Renewal

Management of the complete relay of a 30km, 1600mm gauge track including platform extensions, road crossing, 16 No S & C units and major plain line site flash butt welding. The contract was completed on time and in budget to a very high track quality standard, and customer satisfaction (project value £18m).
